EYE NAIL TUTORIAL INSPIRED BY ANIMALIST

what you need: top/base coat, white, black and blue nail polish, nail pen applicator (or black nail art pen)

Hi everyone!
this was requested a lot, so i decided to do a tutorial on it. this was my first time attempting it (on both hands anyway) so forgive the crappy job on the eyelashes especially. Also, i do not take credit for this nail design in anyway, and it was inspired by Vanessa of Animalist.
